Register tubes by tube number and serial number. Enter known tube constants at various temperatures. Additional tube constants can be added by tube calibration or by two interpolation methods.

Prepare up to 80 viscometers for the day’s runs in 10 pages of 8 viscometers. Setup by selecting tube, entering lot or batch number, and selecting fluid type for d, r, D calculation. Use mouse or keypad to start/stop timers.

Software calculates and reports average viscosity after two runs per ASTM D445 checks for runs less than 200 seconds and calculates statistical information determinability (d), repeatability (r), and reproducibility (R). Software alarms and reports in red non-compliant runs.
